Confirmation in the Church
recognizes that the beginning of
adult responsibility takes place
with the first stirrings of
adulthood in adolescence.
Therefore, we ask your prayers for the following young people
who are beginning their journey toward mature faith.

there is still time to join us. We meet two Sundays per month at 1 p.m.

COMING in ADVENT
Bring a Friend to Church Season
The weeks leading to Christmas are a meaningful time for many
to take a break from the hectic holidays and discover the joy of worship and prayer.
To this end, weve declared the whole season of Advent
BRING A FRIEND TO CHURCH MONTH.
Kids Church will feature the wildly popular Road to Bethlehem Godly Play series,
while 10:30 will feature teachings about faith, Bishops and other perplexities along the road.
DID YOU KNOW that 53% of all California children between the ages of 3 and 5 are not enrolled in a preschool program?
This report comes from the California Council of Churches which reports that 39% of families making $30,000 a year or less
enroll their children, 41% of families making under $75,000 and 63% of families making over $75,000. California ranks only
37th in the nation in terms of preschool/childcare enrollment. 25% of licensed preschool/childcare facilities are housed or run
